Who It Applies To

Factories, motor transport undertakings, and establishments under the (undivided) AP Shops and Establishments Act, 1966.

Due Date

Deduction by December 31; submitted to the Welfare Commissioner by January 31 of the following year.

Registration

Employers create an account on the Telangana Labour Department portal, submit a Notice of Opening (Form A) within 30 days of commencing operations, and begin annual contributions and Form-F filing.

  • Part-time employees
